    Everything was fantastic, so were particularly nice views of the beach or ocean. It was in a very central location, to the Matahari shopping centre. Easily reached Warung Damar, located relatively close to the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

    The staff in every area were very friendly & helpful. The food was good & well presented at breakfast. We also liked the adults only plunge pool area, as we dont have small children it was nice to be able to have some adult space,it was very relaxing for us after a very stressful year.

    We have no comment to make as there was really nothing we didnt like.

    The staff were very friendly and everyone we passed greeted us, they were keen to talk about our lifestyle and tell us about theirs which gave us a good understanding on Bali.

    The room is well-kept and well-organised with great layout for families with 2-3 kids, also they can offer wake-up service.

    Views are not very nice.

    Kids club activities, spacious rooms, clean and calming spa facilities

    The pool area feels cramped with not enough lounging space !!! The hotel shows signs of wear and tear that could be upgraded!!! The beach club is underwhelming with limited loungers!!!

    Location next to other restaurants, Waterbom and shopping galore for those that want to venture out and beach access to walks along sea front and the shops. Also, close to markets n shopping. Overall REALLY REALLY NICE stay on holidays.

    A bit disappointing area.

    It was a family hotel

    I had no young children so it was the wrong place for me. They gave me keycards to already occupied rooms and I walked in on a half naked man. It was really disturbing for both of us.

    The staff were extremely helpful. There was plenty to keep our 13 year old entertained. I appreciated the fact that they have a "no floaties" policy in the larger swimming area; this meant young children were encouraged to use the children's pool or baby wading pool.

    It would be nice if the facilities of the hotel were explained by way of an "Information Folder" in the room. A map in this same folder would also be convenient.

    Family-friendly hotel, spacious grounds, including a children's play area with engaging activities, made our stay enjoyable while the convenient location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

    Everything was as expected.

    Loved the family atmosphere and the secure feeling that I had in the hotel with my 10 year old girl. Gracie Kelly's Irish pub was also a fantastic night out. The band are fantastic.

    The kids really loved the fun activities at the kids club, and we enjoyed some relaxing time by the outdoor swimming pool. The spa services were wonderful, offering a great massage that really helped us unwind. Just a small thing to note, the kids club had set hours which sometimes didn't align with our schedule, but overall, we had an awesome family vacation 🌟
